I just finished reading Incredibly Important Composition Skills - A Tutorial by Photographyconcentrate.com . It organized and documented a method to taking better pictures and is a great tool for people to understand how to see better. Some of this I was doing naturally but it provided insight to what I was doing subconsciously. I highly recommend it for beginner and intermediate photographers.

Good job for you! You are definitely correct on your perception about for beginners in photography. I think there are several things that a beginner should consider about this craftsmanship. For example, one should also look into the idea of the subjects of their photographs, another is the lighting and the color scheme. Definitely these things can be sharpened once they have mastered their own style.
